The Hot Springs County Recreation office, located in the Armory Building, is open Monday- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

* A waiver form is required to be filled out and signed prior to registration.

Payment for any program or activity is due at the time of registration. Payment may be cash, check (made payable to: Hot Springs County Recreation Department) or MasterCard and Visa. To mail, send to: Hot Springs County Recreation, P.O. Box 1321, Thermopolis, WY 82443.

A full refund will be given when the activity is cancelled by Hot Springs County Recreation. A refund, less 25% administrative charge, will be given to all other individuals requesting a refund before class begins. NO refund will be given, except as stated above, after an activity has begun.

Unless otherwise stated, registration for all programs and activities begins immediately. Hot Springs County Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to lack of enrollment. For questions or concerns, please stop by the office or call.

A $15.00 LATE FEE will be assessed for any youth sports registration taken after the published deadline, IF registration limits have not been reached. Deadlines are set to allow adequate time to secure coaches, provide training clinics, secure sponsors, order t-shirts, and schedule games. Programs affected by this policy are Girls’ Softball, Flag Football, Boys’ & Girls’ Basketball, and Soccer.
